Account Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and extremely detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This position works with assigned inbound leads, develops estimates, and follows multiple projects at a time through to completion. Responsibilities include facilitating communication and serving as the key link between assigned clients and our design and fabrication/installation teams. A fundamental knowledge of 12-Point’s products and services will be a requirement for success in this position. • Proficient in G-Suite tools (or similar in MS Office): Sheets, Docs, Slides

Primary Responsibilities

• Work in a team environment with designers, fabricators, installers, and other subject matter experts
• Take new inbound leads to nurture, qualify and quote with input from the Design, Fabrication and Installation teams
• Prepare estimates (with team input) in response to client project inquiries
• Ensure that feedback is documented and clearly communicated between teams
• Responsible for making sure the teams are clear on their respective assignments, deliverables and priorities
• Provide both 12-Point team members and customers with frequent and as-needed updates on project(s) schedules and status
• Display the desire to work within a team environment as well as have the independent skill set to work through tasks with minimal supervision
• Manage external resources (vendors and subcontractors) with professionalism including communication of timelines and expectations of finish quality
• Proactively contribute beyond basic job requirements and performs all other related work, as assigned or as needed

Educational Prerequisites

• Bachelor degree and 3+ years’ sales/account management experience
• Knowledge of the graphics/signage or construction industry a plus
