Job Description

As an established, growing sign and graphics company in the Middle Tennessee and national market, 12-Point SignWorks is currently searching for an experienced commercial vehicle wrap and graphics installer to expand our team. The applicant must be motivated, hard-working, and concerned about details and product quality. Our company produces many kinds of vinyl advertising graphics for vehicle wraps and fleet graphics.

If you’re a professional wrap/graphics installer who is self-motivated, confident, likes working in a fast-paced environment, loves variety and challenges, and values integrity and a solid team of co-workers, then we’d like to talk with you! The chosen candidate will install vehicle and fleet wraps/graphics primarily in our climate-controlled indoor facility.

General Skills/Qualifications

• Able to follow/take direction and use best practice for quality outcomes
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanically inclined as the job duties will require some disassembly/reassembly of vehicle components and knowledge of power and hand tools
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers when necessary
• Dependable, professional, and solution oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Extreme pride of workmanship and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving skills
• Punctual with a clean attire and appearance
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preference is for candidates 25+ years old for purposes of driving company vehicles)

Primary Responsibilities

• Participate in table work to prepare graphics for production (trimming, weeding, taping, etc.)
• Install commercial advertising vehicle wraps and graphics (cars, vans, trucks, trailers, boats)
• Able to work a flexible schedule (primarily day shifts but will occasionally need to perform installations after-hours and on weekends)
• Able to lift/carry heavy objects
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when needed
