There’s a new apartment complex in Franklin, TN called Legacy Cool Springs, and we were honored to install new interior signage through a collaboration with Carolina Signs. Residents of the ultra-modern apartments will have access to a clubhouse with a gaming lounge, fitness studio, mini bowling alley, pool, and even a whiskey lounge. In the Legacy Cool Springs fitness studio outfitted with Peloton training and Matrix equipment, our team installed custom signage expressing the gym’s motto.

The sign came pre-wired for backlit illumination that an electrician later wired.

Carolina Signs provided the dimensional bowling pin sculptures the 12Point team installed in the mini bowling alley at Legacy Cool Springs.

Our team also installed directional signage for the men’s and women’s restrooms.
