Paige Hamilton and Chris Ferrari, proprietors of a flower farm known to the community, decided to purchase the town’s beloved hardware store to save it from giving up the ghost as many small businesses in small towns do. Rather than turning it into something unrecognizable, they instead revitalized it with updated inventory and additions that brought joy to many throughout the community. Given their flower farm experience, they expanded the business to include an extensive garden center. One of the most heartwarming additions would have to be their inclusion of Jim’s Antiques, a longstanding fixture in Waterford that had to close its doors in 2022. By giving him his own section in the store, they can expand their offerings while giving Jim the space he needs to keep doing what he loves. Given its history in the community, the local newspaper, The Watertown Express, gave them a front-page exclusive to inform the locals of the great news!

To commemorate the new ownership, Paige and Chris reached out to us for exterior signage that would also help bring fresh new eyes to their store. The white lettering against the bright red background of their new commercial sign that our team installed above the entrance really pops, whether it’s seen during the day or at dusk.
